Mother's Day Brunch Menu:
Soup & Salad: 
~Crab and Corn Bisque 
~Wild Mushroom Soup 
 ~Capers Caesar 
 ~Arkansas Arugula and field Greens with fresh tomatoes, Strawberries & Watermelon sprinkled with Feta tossed in a Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette. 
 ~Romaine Wedge with Caramelized Onions, Apple-wood Smoked Bacon and house Blue Cheese Dressing with diced Tomatoes.

Appetizers: 
~Confetti Dip with Pita Chips 
 ~Jumbo Lump Crab Cake 
 ~Pecan Dusted Fried Okra with Horseradish Sauce 
~Southern Style Deviled Eggs (4) 
 ~Buttermilk Fried Shrimp over crispy Green Tomatoes with Comeback Sauce.

Entrees:
~Stuffed Chicken with Goat Cheese and fresh Herbs over White Cheddar Grits and a Wild Mushroom Ragout. 
 ~Shrimp and Grits. 
~Petite Filet served with Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and served White Cheddar Cheese Grits with Tomato Gravy and grilled Asparagus. 
 ~Grilled Mahi marinated in Citrus Juices with Mango Avocado Salsa with White Cheddar Grits and Three Pepper Slaw.

Brunch:
~Southern fried Semi-Boneless Quail on a savory Waffle topped with a Poached Egg and Black Pepper Rosemary Steen’s Cane Syrup served with White Cheddar Grits. 
~Eggs Benedict over Crab Cakes on a Fried Green Tomato, White Cheddar Cheese Grits and Tomato Jam. 
~Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup and Praline Topping. Served with fresh Fruit and Spicy Sweet Bacon.
